I'll be visiting london ,westbourne grove, for 3 days in december. My car is euro6 , ive looked at the transport for london website, checked my reg ,and it says £15 per day.
Ill be parking the car for 3 days and not using it, arrive december 21st around midday, leave december 24th around midday.
Do I pay for 3 days, or just the days im using the car? whats best way to pay it, by setting up autopay or can i pay in advance, or afterwards?

Im completely clueless with this, because ive not driven into central london for years.

If your car is Euro 6, then it's ULEZ compliant and you only need to pay congestion charge. You have to pay congestion charge if you drive either within, or in and out of the zone. You don't need to pay on any days it doesn't move at all.

And actually, if you're just going to Westbourne Grove, that isn't in the congestion charge zone (which is much smaller than ULEZ). So I don't think you will need to pay anything. https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/congestion-charge...

Worth checking though and planning route and watching signs carefully. If you do enter it, you need to pay on the day, or it costs more.

I use Waze satnav
Tick the ‘avoid tolls’ option
Can also plan the route using it, to be sure..
