That road is about the only one on the island that you would get the Ferrari out of 2nd gear

You know when you look at something, and you just can't fathom it out?

Nearside to nearside impact when they both drive on the left?

The question must be asked. Was he driving like a tt?

Or....conversely.....was the driver of the Jazz a stereotypical Jazz driver who was doddering about with no clue where they were going? (apologies to PH Jazz drivers)

Probably on the original or rather old tyres which have gone nice and hard.
Spot of rain, torque of a 6.0 litre V12 and a slightly too heavy right foot and it was bound to happen, especially coming off a roundabout or accelerating from a junction or...

Sad sight and probably down to the Ferrari, but I still wouldn't write off the Jizz driver as being at fault having seen the way most of these are piloted!

My brother lives just behind one of the pictured buildings on the Avenue there.

I see the Ferrari is on Guernsey plates. Rumour (and I stress this is rumour) on the local WhatsApp chat is that it was being delivered to its new Jersey owner.

I still can't work out what has happened. Has the Jazz hit the Ferrari up the rear in the wet and sent it spiralling off or the other way around?

I'm amazed you could crash there, it is a dead straight road with a 40 mph limit.

I naturally assumed it was the Ferrari at fault too...

But when the other car is a Honda Jazz... And the location is Jersey... the theoretical whiff of Tena incontinence pants really does cloud one's judgement.

(I know, so much mindless prejudice in one post)

Numerous vids on Youtube of people accelerating too hard from lights and losing the back end with unfortunate results.

Wet road, wide hard tyres and it's a recipe for some serious fish tailing

Allegedly being driven up to the main posh car dealership (Jacksons).

Why it wasn't on a low-loader to avoid mileage and/or damage is unknown.

Big insurance claim for someone

How far from the ferry is the dealership?. By the time you load it onto a trailer, lash it down etc could you be at the dealership?
Why wasnt it shipped on a trailer on the ferry if mileage was a concern.
