Driving Shoes - What to wear and not look like a wally?
Discussion
Hey,
So I am having some issues with my trainers clipping the brake and accelerator at the same time in my M2.
Based on this and it being a bit tight in the pedal box for my 11.5's I have made the decision that I need some footwear to drive in.
So, whats everyone using?
The other part is that I don't want to look like a complete wally when I am walking around at a coffee shop so an actual racing boot is out the window.....

Classy in a new-money way, with an undeniably sporty twist.

You would be a brave chap to walk into a fish and chip shop in Wigan with them on your feet.

t but vastly overpriced s
t.What sort of boats are you putting on your feet that they’re clipping multiple pedals? I’m a size 13 and have no issues with any sort of normal shoe, even in a car with a pedal box that looks like this, including heel-toeing.

Anyway, “golf shoes” (without cleats of course) are a good shout as they’re narrow and thin soled, and you can get them in sensible colour schemes.

Also looked at Puma Speed Cats but they look, errrrr, a bit European for my liking!
I have a pair of Todd’s Gomino’s but wanted a trainer style shoe, most drivings specific stuff just seems to look a bit naff
