That was my first guess, but the dip in the sill before the rear wheel doesn't look right.

Think that is something underneath or behind, sill is straight if you zoom in.

It's a Rolls Royce Silver Cloud or Bentley S drophead coupé, late 50s /early 60s. Difficult to be more precise as picture not very clear. The sill issue is, I think, just shadows (not silver ones).
