Immobiliser for keyless RS3 8V?

Greetings Gassers,
yet another topic about immobilisers, although I've seen the others are a bit dated, so I felt it might have been a good moment to open another one.
Car mentioned in the title, I'd prefer a solution with a fob and a tracker, rather than a Ghost one, and I'm currently undecided between:
- ScorpionTrack S5 Plus
- Sterling or Cobra CAT2 Immobiliser
Where the Ghost doesn't convince me is the situation where I have a Valet or I'm leaving the car in a place and needs to be drivable. The thing is, once you open the car it can be turned on and driven away, at the same time I'd need a solution that doesn't "reveal the pin" so I have to change it every time with the risk of forgetting it.
Open to suggestions!
