Just got a penis drawn on my car
Discussion
Ok, I do realise this is basically a no story (and I don’t even have a photograph to show, yet), but I’puzzled as to why.
(wait for unavoidable jokes … haha)
Context of this no story: I parked my Porsche 997 on the street on Sunday evening. I took a photo for the 997 Appreciation Thread

I haven’t moved the car since Sunday and while it could be 5cm closer to the curb and 30cm further to be parked perfectly, it surely isn’t a candidate for the bad parking thread.
The street is rather affluent area in Basel, Switzerland. Other cars from neighbours in the street include two new G63 AMG, an older G500 convertible, a brand new Range Rover, a Porsche 964 convertible or the Porsche 968 you see behind me, all this in a street of 250m.
It goes without saying I have no dispute with any neighbour and I haven’t been encountered in any argument in traffic at all. Also nobody has “his place”.
The car is an almost 20 year old basic Carrera 2 black on blanck and on the smallest 18” wheels. Hardly offensive in my book.
So why has someone drawn in penis on the (front) bonnet into the dust????
As I said, not the end of the world and I’m sure a visit to the car wash will sort in no time. I’m not one who has to run to a detailer to get it sorted or who thinks I’m left with criminal damage because I need to repaint the bonnet.
It just leaves behind a bad feeling that someone is offended by an old Porsche and feels the need to paint a penis into the dust of the bonnet.
Have you had similar stories?

That's sad. you may well need to get it detailed, as someone once drew a smiley face on one of my cars using the accumulated road grime, and in doing so put in some micro scratches, which didn't just wash off.
anyways. its just jealousy. and for some reason, Porsche 911s do seem to attract it more than other cars.
By the way, that is a lovely 997 you've got there!

Not quite, however someone decided to key 3 sides of my 18 year old Passat estate, and some fat tart decided to try climbing on the roof of another of my cars (Vauxhall Corsa so definitely not a Porsche 997) whilst rolling her way home from the local nightclub on one-too-many sherberts. Unfortunately seems to by no rhyme/reason to these window lickers' unpredictability!

People draw cocks a hell of a lot on pretty much anything.
More than likely someone saw an opportunity with a dusty/dirty car and had a little giggle to themselves. Hardly the height of malice.

t" in the dust on my Mondeo once. I think it happened in my work's car park. No idea why. I decided I didn't care very much and left it there for ages.
