March 1st 23Plates! Have you seen any?
Discussion
Always a fun day, new reg plates, lots of people getting new cars
I’ve seen, a new focus - being fueled up
A new kuga - on the motorway
A new yaris - pulling out of the dealer with a old lady at the wheel, she looked pleased
A FFRR - that looked smart in a nice Grey, no tints and silver wheels with cream leather
A electric mini
Across the road have replaced their 22 plate Q5 with a 23 plate Q3 sportback - I think they could work for Audi.

It's just the current year, plus fifty.
The plan back in 2001 was to bring in a system that would last fifty years, starting with 51 in September 2001, then 02 in March 2002, 52, 03, 53 etc.
The system is designed to last 100 years. A new plate today, AB23 CDE, can be re-issed on 1/3/2073 as CDE 23ABThe plan back in 2001 was to bring in a system that would last fifty years, starting with 51 in September 2001, then 02 in March 2002, 52, 03, 53 etc.
Seen a few around, amusingly the majority have been vans/service vehicles which are already looking a little dirty.
I saw a 23 plate lorry (just the cab) about 3 weeks ago on dealer plates, did have to do a double take!
One of the neighbours is expecting her 23 plate car this week too, I'm looking forward to seeing a 23 plate Puma replacing her 19 plate Puma!

In theory, yes. But I don't think there are currently any plans on what will happen in 2050.Gassing Station | General Gassing | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
