Dome badge manufacturer

Hi all,

Looking for some assistance, my late fathers 2010 Smart car is a special edition known as "Ice Edition", I got it back on the road and running in December after around 3-4 years of not being used. I decided to give it a good clean a few weeks ago and while giving it a machine polish the 2x badges on the side fell off, I put them safe for sticking back on but the missus has since binned them!

The badges aren't available anymore, I know this as somehow around 2014 I managed to track down the manufacturer of them and they sent me the "last" 3 they had. A few guys on the owners clubs have been looking for them recently as well.

This is the badge, it was a gel dome style badge.



Does anybody know of any small/part time badge makers that might be able to replicate the badge in low numbers? most companies are going to want ££££ and to manufacturer hundreds if not thousands of them.

You need a graphic designer not a dome badge maker. The badge bit is the easy bit - get the graphics recreated and then there's people on Facebook/ebay etc who can make the badges cheaply.

You could knock that up in corel draw, it isn't exactly complicated. I wouldn't pay someone. Maybe 3d printed backing and stick waterproof sticker to it.

I think they get them cheap from Aliexpress etc but will speak to them.

Car unfortunately isn't a Brabus despite coming from factory with the Brabus wheels, but... I have been after a Brabus fuel cap logo for a while, last time I checked they only had red but they have the OEM silver in stock again so just ordered one of them!

I had some domed wheel hub cap stickers from this eBay seller:

They were really helpful and the stickers are still going strong, nearly 4 years later!

They specialise in domed badges. They do small quantity as well.

I have spoken to one company, they wanted to make 20, so thats 10 cars which isn't a huge amount, 200 of these cars were made.
