Admiral Insurance - how to contact?

Does anyone have any contact details for Admiral Insurance?

I need to contact them urgently. They sent me an email this evening about my policy, but their phone numbers don't work and their "contact us online" thing only says what times they're available to respond to messages, not how to get hold of them.

I'm not trying to be clever, but here are their numbers and opening times:

0333 220 2000
Opening hours
Mon to Fri: 08:00 - 19:00
Sat: 09:00 - 15:00
Sun: 09:30 - 16:00

Getting the obvious out the way, was it really Admiral emailing you, not a scam?

Anyway their phone lines are closed until tomorrow but it says live chat is available until 22:45. For me it shows a chat now button next to the times.

I have always used 0333 220 2001 and never had a problem getting through to them.

I used the online chat yesterday, amended my policy and negotiated renewal, no issues at all. I've rung them loads of times on the numbers on the website and never had a problem

Every time I try those numbers, I get a "number invalid" message. And they're closed now anyway.

I've just found a contact page under Accessibility, that will have to do for now. I just need my communication to them to be in writing.

Rather than starting my own thread I'll jump on this one since you've had an answer OP. Has anyone got a way of contacting Flow insurance? They're part of the LV group.

I've been trying to get them since Friday last week and their web portal isn't working for me and I need to print my certificate before I leave for France on Friday. They just don't reply to emails and the only phone number is for claims!!!
