Swedish Sleeper?
Discussion
Staying with friends outside Stockholm at the mo & came across this on my morning walk.
The side exhaust, rims and brakes point to something a little, er, unusual -
As does the (assumable ANPR avoiding) lack of rear number plate….
also had a bit of an odd welded in cage, by the looks of things
The roads are long, straight and extremely empty over here… i can imagine this sort if thing being a world of fun!

I'm not sure if you are joking or not, but the orange triangle is there to show that it is registered as a "a-traktor" which have a maximum speed of 30 km/h (although there have been cases of people circumventing these restrictions).
Indeed - You can drive one of these at 15 yrs old.The newer A-traktors are easier to open back up to 'normal' speeds. Ie, unlimitied, since they're limited by the ECU. Where I live there are lots of the little b
ds racing around. They're in the news all the time being chased by the police at silly speeds.AndySheff said:

They are allegedly the scourge of commiter traffic, as they pootle along at a restricted 18mph…

Apparently its a policy that was a legacy of post wartime shortage of tractors that led to a loophole allowing any vehicles to be ‘converted’ to tractors - & driven with the insurance and taxes of farm machinery- i.e bugger all…
& yes - many a yoof has found a loophole secret flippable plates etc. to circumvent the 18mph limit

every day is a school day….
