Ringo parking app just won't change my details

Is this just a problem I'm having or what? I've tried changing the colour and make of two of the three cars I have registered on Ringo over the last couple of years or so, but the b
d thing just won't change properly. I must've been trying this for 3 or more years! I changed a blue Nissan to a black Porsche, but according to Ringo I now have a black Nissan FFS. And since then, I've changed that Porsche to another one and still it's a black Nissan! While this was going on I changed a black R8 to a black Jaguar. Nope. According to Ringo I now have a black Ford!! I've changed these details on the website and the app countless time. The number plates and colours are correct, but it just makes up the manufacturer to whatever it pleases.
Has anyone else had this and finally found a way to sort it? I've not been ticketed yet, but everytime I park, I'm just expecting to come back to the dreaded yellow sticker.

I had this a couple of years ago when I changed my car but as I have a private plate I transferred the number over. Thier system cant seem to handle such a thing and after 2 or 3 tries on line I rang them and spoke to a human being, it was sorted in seconds .
I said that I was concerened about the plate not matching the car and she said they only check the plate.

Perhaps this is the only way forward now. Having assumed I'm one of thousands with the issue, I've just been waiting for their system glitch to be put right. t! Mine still has my plate registered on my old Jag XFS, which was 4 cars back for me (sold in Jan 20). I gave up with trying to change it and just hope the attendant notices the plate and colour, rather than knowing the difference between a Jag and Maser.
Thankfully, most car parks I seem to frequent are PaybyPhone so rarely use Ringo now
