HPi mileage issue

Looking to trade my van in for another, and the dealer has highlighted a mileage discrepancy.
I’ve had the van from new so I know the mileage is correct (14400) but it was registered with a different vrm (which I subsequently sold) and now has one issued by DVLA.
I’m assuming the mileage HPi says it has is the car the sold plate is now on.
I’ve emailed HPi but wondering how long this could take to resolve.
My van is the 13,348 which was its mot in July.
