This isn't about polishing, it's about smashed plastic lens - replacements are only available if you're lucky enough to find them at a breakers, they don't come up very often, are very expensive, not available form main dealers, so there's a risk of cars getting scrapped for the sake of a headlight. They aren't the same as anything else.

Is there anywhere that repairs them? I can find polishers but not repairers. Thanks

What car? You might be able to get a 3rd party one.

Ampera.

No one in the owners group has been able to find any source anywhere, OEM or copy, other than if you're very lucky and find them at a breakers, hence the question. It must be possible to replace the lense, it's plain, no focusing in there, that's done by the bits behind.

I suspect you're on a hiding to nothing as it's a very niche application.

Have you tried breakers in the US? Being a USDM there's quite a lot more of them over there iirc?
