LED light panels

I'm looking to add lighting to a couple of internally insulated rooms and to avoid cutting chunks out of the PIR to install downlights, was thinking of using dimmable LED light panels instead.

Never used them before so wondered if anyone has got any experience of using these and/or suggestions of any good quality, slimline surface-mountable, units at sensible prices?
