Watching an old episode of Top Gear where they have the Nexia and the Espero, and a Daewoo Motor Show is showcased.

What has since happened to these showrooms, and is there a list of locations available where they were based?

They got sold to GM in 2002 and stopped making Daewoo branded cars in 2011.
I doubt any of the sales boutiques are still open!

They had showrooms in shopping centres, don't think it was connected to Halfords but could be wrong.

Nope, they were also sold from Halfords stores. Couple of demo / staff daily’s outside and a desk with brochures and a rep and that was it.

Come across a couple of articles displaying the Halfords service element

motortrader.com/general-news/daewoo-keeps-halfords-link-16-06-1997
motortrader.com/general-news/daewoo-dismisses-halfords-rumours-26-02-2001

Another good article has shown me that known Halfords Service centres were at Hull, Blackburn, Reading, Swindon, Wrexham, Horsham, Perth, Waterlooville, Lincoln, Dartford, Bromborough, Worcester, Pontypridd, Hartlepool, Dundee and Newport Road, Cardiff

am-online.com/news/2001/10/17/daewoo-cuts-back-halfords-operation/2646/

Interestingly, there are some clues I've been able to find with the Daewoo Approved Service Centres.

Here, in Halfords Dundee in 2008, there were dedicated Daewoo shutters, painted in Green, which have since disappeared.

Same here in Swindon, with Green shutters showing what possibly were dedicated Daewoo bays, which have since been removed.

Unable to post thumbsnap links with pictures unfortunately, but if you follow the links above, they will display.

Don't think that was one of the motor shows though, such as this
