ULEZ and V5 emissions error

Hi all,
ULEZ checker is suggesting my wife's car (2014 E220 Bluetec with adblue and stop/start) does not meet the emissions standards and attracts ULEZ charges. I'm pretty sure this is wrong. As far as I can tell:
Euro 6 Diesel Emissions Standards (grams per kilometer): 0.50 CO, 0.080 NOx, 0.005 PM.
This vehicle: (grams per kilometer): 0.14 CO, 0.043 NOx, 0.001 PM.
The figures for my vehicle are coming from the certificate of conformity which I have already sent to TFL and which they have basically said "nope, you still have to pay." TFL being TFL they have provided absolutely zero reasoning or justification. They did the same thing a year or two back when they issued PCNs against my petrol powered 56-plate S-max which it was literally impossible to be non-compliant. Took ages to get them to stop saying "computer says no" on that too...
I'm wondering if they are taking this stance because the V5 is wrong? In "Vehicle Details" section V, Exhaust Emissions, section V.5 (particulates, g/km or g/kWh) says 1.05. Whoever populated the V5 got this stat wrong by a factor of 1,000 - they entered the figure in milligrams as the figure in grams, which I suspect is what TFL are using to say that the car is non-compliant when checked against the DVLA database.
Any ideas how I would go about getting the V5 corrected so that TFL stop trying to charge us?

Thanks for the reply. I followed the link and DVLA emailed back to say I'd need to post back the V5 with the certificate of conformity and a letter of homologation from MB in order for the V5 to be updated. Contacted MB who said they now charge £30 for this service as they've had so many requests for these letters from people getting stitched up by TFL. Shock...
Carried on hammering the point with TFL (up to and including having to explain to them the difference between a gram and a milligram, and how many milligrams are in a gram... as they tried to tell me that the V5 (which said 1.05g/km) and the Certificate of Conformity (which said 1.05mg/km) both said the same thing... Not like TFL to be obstinate when it comes to ULEZ, is it??? They finally agreed with me after 8 separate emails on the subject and updated their database so the car does now show as compliant on the ULEZ checker... but will still have to apply to get the V5 changed to protect the resale value of the car. PITA...

I'm having the exact same issue with my coupe now, with the exact same emission figure out by 1000. Am currently in an argument with MB that this is their problem and I should therefore no be charged for a CoC to correct it for ULEZ. Not sure I'll have much luck getting them to pay for a DVLA change though.
