Insurance rip off

Wow feels like I'm facing an insurance monopoly. All of the so called specialists are quoting over 1700 a year for a c63s premium.
That's a 50 per cent increase from last year and 100 per cent from the year before. Over 70 per cent won't even quote.

Mercedes c63s premium 2017 1799pa (LV 4500)
BMW M4 competition 1250pa
Alfa Romeo guilia quadrafiglio 1150pa
Ford focus RS mk2 750

Aged 55 20 years no claims clean license just feels like a rip off to me on the back of some price fixing racket.

Agreed, total rip off, no way these increases make sense even given inflation etc.

FCA needs to review, urgently.

Problem is, the ridiculous costs will mean more fraud, uninsured cars etc, the cost of which gets lumped into the premiums of us mugs who continue to pay up.
