Where can I buy a decent sun strip?

I want to go back to the 90s (80s?) and have decided I want a fairly deep sunstrip on my windscreen

But they seem to have died a death. The only ones I kind find are all the same make some kind of cheap chinese thin crap. Any ideas where one could get something decent? No Kevin and Tracy script will be required

I have found a few for sale in Halfords. My local branch (Blackburn) sells a solid black, a black fade and a blue fade. The blue fade definitely has a 90's vibe. I think they were £5 too.

They are rare because Kevin has now moved on to a badly spaced number plate with extra screws, to let people know his name.

I've had a few on hot hatches, always plain black usually just either bought a roll of vinyl or bought a pre-cut one off eBay.

Would a window tinter be able to do it using their usual range of colours etc? I used a local one once for side windows, I could try him if so

Just to conclude, I used a window tinter I’ve used before - he used regular tinting film (on the inside) and fitted it for me. Didn’t go too deep in the end, but is a bit deeper than many of the skinny ones you can purchase. It is 80% film which I believe is similar to ‘factory’ tinting in rear glass so kind of matches. Hard to photograph cos of reflections.
