Car Accident, personal injury question

My wife was involved in a car crash yesterday in which she was hit by a car coming out of a side turning straight into her car which was spun around on the main road. Other driver and insurance admit full responsibility but she has bad whiplash where is the best place to claim this, the faulty insurer has told me to go to the OIC government site for this but I have no idea as I cant remember the last accident we where in. tia.

Check your insurance for any legal cover and they will instruct a solicitor if you have cover. See her GP, so it is on record and especially if ongoing problems. May take a week or so for symptoms to fully show

The best thing to do is go to hospital or if not emergency then GP or drop in centre and get medical assessment and documentation of it.

From there, if any treatment is needed (due to any longstanding issues from it), there is a clear record of the injury, its extent and the effects of it.
