Worst driver on the road?

Depends on your definition of worst.
A slow driver bimbling along at 10mph under the limit may be seen as a better driver than one doing 3mph over.
For me, the worst drivers are the ones not paying attention and this IMO is due to the current emphasis that you'll be safe if you don't speed.

There seems to be an increasing level of really slow and oblivious to everything type drivers these days. Almost every day now I seem to follow someone barley able to get past 35mph on a national speed limit road, they invariably drift around a bit and like to wonder into the oppposite lane even though there's a white line to help guide them to stay on their own side and a lot haven't quite yet mastered indicators either. They have zero foresight to every hazard as well so clearly drive not looking beyond the end of their bonnet. Appalling how many of them there are

Can I add Uber, Lyft, Addison Lee drivers for their random stopping on zigzags, lane changes and compete lack of awareness? Japanese MPV on the way to an airport in Lane 3/4 - oh surprise it's an Uber driver. At least Black Cabs do these things for the sake of being asshats.

This - it's got to the stage where I avoid driving.I still maintain that Ford Focus drivers usually seem the most competent and courteous, whereas Mercedes-Benz are the new Volvo. If you're lucky, your M-B driver has the brain for that day.
In London, it's got to be mini-cabs, usually in a Prius and likely to change manoeuvre without indication.
In the rural area I live in, I've noticed there's two more old school observations. It could be an older person doing 30mph in a 60mph and braking each time a car goes by. Or it's the old fashioned boy racers in tatty old cars with loud exhausts driving way too fast. Me and the car in front were overtaken the other day in one hit by a chavvy Fiesta, for doing 30mph in a 30!! haha

Yes, they drop back from the traffic when it's more than 40, but then aggressively tailgate when they catch up in a slower limit or during hazards with their head looking like it's about to explode because traffic is slower than them 
No awareness of dangers and the appropriateness of speed for the conditions. Just one set speed everywhere.
