DVLA replacement license with errors & shows I passed at 15

Lost my driving license (as in wallet lost/stolen). The replacement obtained from DVLA has an incorrect set of 'from' dates on it.
It shows I passed my car test 3 years earlier then I did, so age 15.
It's removed 7 years of experience from my A (motorbike) entitlement and now shows I am only entitled to trikes.
It has code "01" for all classes i.e. condition imposed that I have to wear glasses (never worn glasses!)
All pretty concerning. Online copy of driving record shows the correct dates and I've now downloaded a PDF copy of that and have photos of my 'old' license fortunately. Will be on the phone to DVLA tomorrow but staggered how its even possible for this to happen and glad they didn't remove any entitlements completely.

There have been posts on here before and that included people losing their bike test, your trike entitlement is standard for anyone with a full drivers licence. Well that's not the reassurance I was looking for, but online Licence Summary being correct gives me hope.This might be one of the more amusing and ridiculous resolutions to an issue.
I am away for work, when the new licence arrived I asked the Mrs to take photos and send them to me so I at least had a copy on my phone.
She's sent me pictures of the front of mine and the back of her licence - hence nothing adds up.

quite a few lost their entitlements at some point in the past due to a DVSA c*ck-up. Generally they have to re-take the test.
I took a 70 year old to mod 1 yesterday - he had more bikes and passed his test when I was at school. He's still having to do his test again - now with a gear selector on the right!

This happened to my dad around 4 years ago, he lost his full motorbike entitlement, he ended up having to take a DAS course to get it back to his A licence
I’d heard a few of these stories so on renewal ‘forgot’ to send them the old licence until the new one arrived. I still have the old one which I’ve never been asked for…Paft Dunk said:
