I was thinking it has many styling cues from the Smart Roadster, even if it clearly isn't one. That's what mostly comes up on a reverse image search though. It's probably just some CGI/AI jobby.

It's somekind of Photoshop or AI job, probably an AI image. Image search just brings up the Secma and Smart Roadster, as above.
