Does anyone know how to fit a 2inch square hitch tube receiver to a goose neck towball or a towball flange??

May be that your best bet is to have a plate welded to the square hitch tube suitably drilled to bolt up to the towball flange.
ETA Looking at the towball flange bolts on my own car a flange welded to a 2" tube & drilled would fit easily using the existing bolt holes.
