... not in mph, but from owning the car
Sold a car a few weeks ago, and fortunately did the transfer of ownership on line, so had the exact time of sale.
Last week received a 'notice to prosecute' for 35mph in a 30..... dated and timed 1hr 2mins after I sold it.
(not sure why it came to me, though i did a plate retention a few days before selling it (had the new V5 at point of sale)so assume systems hadn't caught up)

Could’ve been my wife. She popped to a village shop and didn’t notice the camera van parked at the side of the road, bought what we it was she needed and on return the van had switched sides, catching her again! I still dine out on the story. 
97 on a 70 mph dual carriageway on the way home from the office after taking delivery of my new (to me) company car (Peugeot 406).
The nice officer - who l had just overtaken in his unmarked BMW - said he'd pulled me before l got to the crest of the hill so l didn't break the 100mph mark on the other side as l wasn't driving like a prat and didn't deserve that!

Sold my Dacia on Motorway May 2023. The dealer sent an agency driver to collect it. I went out of my way to collect her at 1930hrs from a train station 8 miles away so keen was I for the collection to take place. Did checks and payment received so waved her off. Best thing I ever did was go straight onto DVLA and register the sale/transfer and printed off a screenshot of transaction time/date recorded.
A week later on the Saturday morning got a letter with a picture of the daft cow going through a speed camera at over 90mph on the M1 at 01:30 am.

I have also had this..Going to the vets for a prescription for the dog
36 in a 30 on the way there
37 in a 30 on the way back
And had had a speed awareness notification the month prior.
I went from a clean licence for years, to six points in about six weeks.
The above related insurance hike (and the crippling road tax) led to me parting company with my C70 T5 at insurance renewal time

I left at around 2030. I had a ticket come through for a red light camera at 2111.
I provided the speed camera people a copy of my sale and sent a text to my new friend that he'd been caught going through a red light camera.
His response was along the lines of "that's how I found out the M6 doesn't stop as quickly as the 911. I'll handle it."
Never heard anything back.

Not quite what OP was asking for, but how about fastest one after getting a licence? Some chap in Switzerland got (I assume) a 3 month ban the day they passed their test for doing 126km/h in an 80km/h - link is in German: https://www.20min.ch/story/18-jaehriger-besteht-au... . They don't tell you how many hours after the test that this happened. I remember my driving instructor taking over for the drive back after my test, maybe to prevent exactly this kind of story.
