Rejecting car under warranty but after 1yr+?

Hi all,
A bit of background, Bought an approved used VW ev last year on PCP, comes with 2 year extended warranty.
It has an issue that's going back for the second time to be hopefully fixed (high drain killing the 12v battery over a couple of days, even when the rest of the car is on charge).
If it's not fixed then, what are my options? Can I hand it back and get my purchase price back, minus the figure to pay off the remaining PCP?
That would be the best outcome for me. Second best would be to just hand it back early and end the PCP. I'd be handing it back in 6 months anyway.

As an example, if you paid £20k for the car, and it had an expected life of another 60k miles and you covered 6k miles you would expect a reduction of £2k in what you get back.

Using your figures (which aren't far off actually), if I get back £18K and still owe £15k on the PCP I'd be happy with £3k in my pocket! As an example, if you paid £20k for the car, and it had an expected life of another 60k miles and you covered 6k miles you would expect a reduction of £2k in what you get back.
