Northern Ireland registered car MOT issue

Went to take a Northern Ireland registered car for its MOT ( England) but they couldn't find details on their system and need the V5 or a bill of sale with the following to make a new vehicle record :
Reg and full VIN
Specification including make model and engine size.
Date of first use
Country of registration.
I've received the receipt from the dealer but it doesn't mention the country of registration... Should that be filled in as UK or Northern Ireland?
