Current best designed/looking regular car

With all the uproar about Jaguar and their rebrand/concept at the moment it got me thinking that of all regular cars (I'm not talking Supercars, limited edition one off's or concept cars) that you would be able to buy from a regular dealership, which one stands out as the current best designed/looking car?

I'm not looking at luxury brands costing over £70k, £80k +

Also, I'm purely talking about the car's exterior as some cars look like a spaceship inside.

Here are a few different looking cars based on the top 3 automobile manufacturers:

1 - Toyota - C-HR and Prius are the only standouts.





2 - Volkswagen Group - Nothing from VW, Audi, Seat or Skoda stands out. They all look the same car in different sizes with different badges.

3 - Hyundai Group including KIA - Again apart from the Hyundai Ioniq 5/Ioniq 6 and the KIA EV3/5/6 they all look similar.







Why doesn't anyone design something different and more better looking that will actually make you turn your head anymore?

Twas ever thus. For every DS, Sierra and Mégane there was a sea of blandness, we just tend to forget the Renault 21 or Ford Orion.

I can't think of anything recent that made me look twice since the original Juke and the Honda E.

The Prius is not that bad, if you like that sort of slippery style. The CH-R though, that hit every branch of the ugly tree bar the one that finished the Multipla off.

I saw a Peugeot 408 today, in this colour, I thought it looked great



Also, probably the same car, but the Citroen C5X


Also, there's a DS4 in this colour locally,




I would agree with the Ioniq 5, I would also put the Kia EV6 oin there.

Yes it has silly doors, yes it's an EV, yes it's Chinese, yes it's a GT not a sports car. But it's actually a great looking car and actually hides it's underpinnings and drivetrain very well. Also it's pretty cheap all things considered.

I think the current gen Mazda 3 looks great, especially so in soul crystal red. Forever disappointed that we don't get the version with the 2.5L turbo engine over here, I think it would be the perfect daily for me

Sorry but I hate those tiny windows in the rear doors that seem so common these days.

Is the rising waistline supposed to make it look like a Coupe?

that is a funny joke. The design is neither stunning, nor game changing.

I think Peugeot, as noted above, have some good looking cars. The Alfa Giulia is also quite nice. I'm struggling a little though, most of it seems designed for people who don't like what I do.
