Appeal to find an old car - W11 GCS

Hi,
I'm looking for a silver 2000 BMW 323ci that holds a lot of sentimental value to my dad (it was the first car he bought after moving to the UK). Our family had it from 2003 to 2011 and since then I don't know much about what happened to it. Hasn't passed an MOT since 2015 (likely due to an airbag light bodge), however it still has its SORN meaning no certificate of destruction right?
Anyways, I was just wondering if anyone has seen it or knows what happened to it after my dad sold it in 2011. Trying to get it back to restore it with him.

Suggests it was last MOT in 2016, and has been put on SORN, so may well still exist somewhere but I would say, unfortunately, nearly 9 years on, its probably no longer around.
