A spate of van break ins round Milton Keynes last night, one of mine included.

These images are from a Ring Doorbell not far from where ours was done.

Can anyone identify the car?

I think a Honda CR-V?

I recognize those front wheels they are quite distinctive but I can't place where I recognize them from.
I am thinking maybe a Renault

I'm seeing Nissan Tino, it's definitely got vertical high up rear lamps like both the early Focus and Tino but it's also giving off Korean vibes towards the front.

If it’s a CRV then the person getting in (or out) of it in 2nd picture is a giant!!

The distance from wheel to top of wing seems smaller than a CRV too.

So would say it’s a normal hatch of some sort, maybe with more ground clearance than is typical or small wheels etc.

So MK1 Focus more likely.

Yeah i think you are right it looks way more like an estate than an SUV

I am sure i know those wheels, i've seen them on something, a sort of mini light style wheel with a slightly bulbus centre cap over the the wheel nuts. I can't see exposes wheel nut holes the crv ones are visible and i think you would see them in this photo
I think i remember them from a megane coupe but can't find a picture of one, that's obviously not a coupe but maybe a megane estate or laguna

It’s a 3rd gen CRV. The chrome window surround and the body line just under the door handles matches. The ground clearance also suggests a SUV.

Isn’t it a Ford Transit Connect? Look at this web site and check angle of rear of front window and body line wrt the door handles.

The guy could be that tall, he is head and shoulder above it, but the CRV is 1.7m so he would need to be about 6ft5

I am nearly that tall, and we used to have a CRV mk3. If it’s a CRV then that guy is 7ft tall at least!

The first pic does look a little like a CRV but 2nd pic has human context for sizing that confirms that it is not.
