2016 120i vs 2016/18 Leon FR

Whittled down my next buy to three options.
First is a 2016 BMW 1 Series 120i, full BMW service history and 1 year BMW warranty (£10,500) 66k this also has new tyres, disks and pads
Then two Seat Leon's
2016 1.4 TSI FR which will be about £9,700 with a 2 year SEAT warranty - 69k
2018 1.8 TSI FR similar £9,700ish, 1 year warranty but this is by Inchcape uk <-- not sure if this is worthless but can pay by CC for some extra protection!
Peace of mind and reliability are obviously important, I think the BMW has a B48 engine which seems generally reliable? not sure about the SEAT
All are manuals
In terms of requirements - something quick enough and handles well on the bends and comfortable on longer trips. Definitely after a hatchback
Anyone that has lived with any of these for a while? (and yes i know used prices are crazy atm!)
