DVLA Group 2 renewal medical - advice on whether to submit

HI all,
Not sure if it's best asking in general or the Commercial Break section but posted here for starters.
Had an over 45 renewal medical yesterday. Am concerned about one thing.
Last year I had a couple of ECGs related to having a period of exercise induced fast heartbeat. ECG noted nothing worrying, GP has put it down to caffeine and sports drinks. All good since stopping.
The doctor has marked down on the D4 that I had an ECG. In the comments, he noted I had a normal and 24 hour one, no anomalies detected.
The section specifically covering Cardiac Arrythmia is ticked 'no', as is all other conditions. Eyesight is in spec unaided, BP little high but well within limits.
Anyone have any experience on what I can expect if I submit this? I do drive LGV for work, but it would not affect my employment if I was to no longer have a Group 2 entitlement.
Im more worried about having the entire license revoked (even though, under the guidelines I have no reason or need to inform DVLA for car and bike entitlement) and having to fight to have it reinstate it as the {admittedly) Internet research seems to suggest it's the whole licence that's revoked, rather than just my lorry entitlement. Hence mulling over whether to just tell work I'm no longer driving as to not jeopardise my A and B license. (It's more a worry of DVLA mucking things up, and I'm 100% sure I meet the medical criteria) Obviously I could just be worried about nothing, but you know the DVLA....
Any thoughts, musings or experiences appreciated.
