Is this Windscreen Repairable?

While driving the car behind a van at 60mph yesterday a stone flicked up and caused this crack on my windscreen.
It measures 21mm across and is in the driver's field of view, just above the steering wheel.
Does anyone know if it is repairable, or will it be a windscreen replacement in order to pass an MOT?

Looks like its a fail.
From the mot testers manual :
You must check the condition of:
the windscreen
windows on either side of the driver’s seat
To inspect the condition of glass:
Sit in the driver’s seat.
Check the view of the road.
Check the view of mandatory external mirrors.
Check for:
damage in windscreen zone A more than 10mm in diameter
damage in the remainder of the windscreen’s swept area more than 40mm in diameter
damage to windows on either side of the driver’s seat
excessive tinting or discolouration of the windscreen or windows on either side of the driver’s seat
Failure for damage is only justified if the damage significantly affects the driver’s view of the road. You do not need to consider the effects on tall or short drivers.
Failure for tinting or discolouration is only justified if the driver’s view is significantly affected.
Zone A is:
in the swept area of the windscreen
290mm wide
centred on the steering wheel
Windscreen zone A
Repaired windscreens must be judged solely on whether the repair interferes with vision. An ‘invisible’ or barely detectable repair, finished flush with the surrounding glass, does not count as damage.

Known in the trade a cloverleaf; a complex break in that the bits that look like flower petals are easier to fill. It then leaves the cracks in between them which will eventually fill too; there are a few of them so some may need to be manipulated in order to get the resin in to 'bond' the cracks. Yes it's very low down, not really obstructing the drivers view of the road but still in 'Zone A'.
I'm just wondering if it's likely to be able to be repaired more than anything.
