Insurance concern?

Quick question…do you think insurance company will have any major issues on the following modification:
Taking a stock photo from the web - currently my car brake lights are those circled in yellow, there is a modification you can do to the wiring to make the two lights which are circled in purple to also come on as brake lights.
Apparently that was the original location / intention of Ferrari but then they hit USA regulations regarding brake lights being only allowed on a fixed panel which forced them to move them to the bumper.
Red car with tiny brake lights doesn’t really fill me with confidence as to other road users reacting to my braking!
Will try to give the insurance company a call, but if anyone has experience that it could be a major ball ache to explain it to them then I may just leave it.
