Interesting video, just go to the end and figure out what type of unit this is, some the comments agree it's a walking beam system, I'm thinking it's a form of bell crank trailer suspension.

It's closer to a walking beam, I think - a walking beam usually has each end of the leaf spring on an axle or hub and a pivot at the centre. That's what this looks like, but without the leaf spring - I dread to think what the ride will be like or how quickly the frame (and/or other components) will start cracking!. A bell crank system has a bell crank on one of each end of the leaf spring, with the cranks linked to each other by a beam or bar. It more effectively shares load across the springs/axles. Old steam locomotives, especially those designed for running on lightweight and/or uneven track, had a similar arrangement where they were called 'equalising beams'.
I'm not seeing any cranks or bars in this setup - I think it's just a spring-less walking beam.
