Eerie car and number plate

I was following a Merc E Class this morning and got behind it at red lights. It was a business use car and had it's business details on the back. "Embalming services", with a few graphics for good measure.

I can't remember the exact reg number but it was along the lines of EM64LMR.

This was near Junction 31 on the M1.

Anyone familiar with it?
