Can't use online portal as policy is due to expire / renew in 20 days time!
Been trying to use online Chatbox many times over many hours today - not working at moment!
Rang RAC insurance call centre - can't help because it is an 'on-line' policy!
Sent an email to admin@raconline.co.uk as advised on telephone call - nor response!
Found a 'complaints' link so sent that a message as well - no response.
I do not believe I gave permission for 'Automatic Renewal' however, for the avoidence of doubt - I do not wish to renew the policy that the premium has increased 3X since last year thank you very much - and you do not have my permission to take any further monies by using the banking details you currently hold from last year!
I don't do social media etc so does anyone kindly have any other suggestions as I have probably already spent 1/2 a day on this one way or another..........many thanks.

Little update:
After another couple of hours trying again today I finally managed to communicate with someone on Chatbox..............policy renewal cancelled.
New quotes are coming in less than last years premium not 3 times more which is what RAC wanted...clearly not want my business.
