TVR Garage opens its first US showroom
Apparently making a case for selling new TVRs in the UK was too tough - old ones in North America, though...
This being PH, you might already be aware of TVR Garage, the US-based outfit that’s helping to bring classic Blackpool rockets Stateside with the help of Oxfordshire specialist Str8Six. They launched at Monterey Car Week back in 2023, with the 25-year import rule offering up plenty of '90s icons - Cerbera, Griffith, Chimaera - for interested parties on the other side of the pond. And because the late 20th century and early 21st saw new TVRs arrive thick and fast, models can continue to be added to TVR Garage roster: Tuscans are already over there, and come ‘27 the first T350s and Tamoras will be eligible.
When they arrive, and for those cars that TVR Garage is already bringing over, there will now be a showroom space to show them off in. And make all the other supercars look a bit boring in short order. A partnership with TheCarWiz will see Cerberas, Tuscans and similar share a 1,400 square metre space with Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Porsche and the like. As these modern classics increasingly move into the collectable space, it only seems right for TVRs to be on sale alongside the more traditional exotics. Always fairly rare cars in the UK (unless you’re at a Sunday Service, of course), TVRs will look properly out of this world across the Atlantic. Even in Las Vegas.

Sounds like a laudable objective to us; the more people who know, own and drive TVRs, the more people who love TVRs. The only issue might be that TVR Garage could take away the best cars away from the UK for US customers - don’t delay on buying, basically…

anyhow, its good to see such happen, can give TVR a Boost, maybe even some rich dude that wants its name coupled to some interesting 'famous' car brand ala TVR and starts getting some done in one way or another?
A Cerbera with a Coyote would be quite fun.
