The corner of a health club car park in a well-to-do suburb of Nottingham.

A month ago.



Today



I am intrigued as to whether it s a member or whether someone is coming into the car park to dispose of them.

pretty sure keeping them after cutting off is considered theft

local farmers market a couple of years back had traffic bods clamping 4x4s on the road, a few cars behind them, someone was following with a cutting disc,
after there was half a doz sat on the path,

Is it 'keeping' them though?

The offence they go for is criminal damage.

Report it to the DVLA as it would be interesting to see what they do, there must surely be a serial number on them.
