Which car checking site tells you when owners changed?

I know car vertical tells you when the car changed hands, but it's very expensive for multiple checks.

Is there a site that tells you that information at a lower price?

The Vehicle Smart app tells you when the last V5 was issued (it could be due to a house move/duplication, of course).

Similarly DVLA car check shows last date of V5 issue.
