I'm not sure if these are typos or I'm not understanding certain aspects of the car but I'm puzzled by
"Even when the engine was on you had to wait for the cats to heat up before the 1,500rpm rev limit was unlocked."
and
"It was important to keep an eye on the intakes below the doors as there was no screening to stop plenty of dead leaves getting stuck in there."

Tried to post this on Sunday but, for some reason, it never appeared. My first question has been answered, I think, not quite sure I fully understand it, but I'm still puzzled about the intakes below the doors - as I can't see any "Even when the engine was on you had to wait for the cats to heat up before the 1,500rpm rev limit was unlocked."
