PH x Jon Forde: new clobber for your wardrobe

We've teamed up with design legend Jon Forde to ensure you're the best-dressed person at the next Sunday Service

Let’s be honest: most automotive merch is either a bit ‘dad at a trade show’ or far too loud. We wanted something different – something that reveals your passion for cars without shouting it through a megaphone. Enter our latest collaboration with the immensely talented Jon Forde.

If you haven’t come across Jon’s work, he’s an artist obsessed with the less-is-more approach. He distils the complex lines of cars into a stripped-back graphic language that actually looks good on a human. Moreover, Jon is a proper PHer at heart. He has a self-confessed addiction to V8s and big twins, and is usually found in the American metal and European bikes he spends his time building, riding and occasionally crashing. That authentic, grease-under-the-fingernails perspective is exactly why we wanted him on board.

So whether your garage houses a screaming JDM icon, a slab of American muscle, or a sensible German daily that you definitely haven't remapped, there’s something in this collection for you. We’ve covered the full spectrum of the PH community, from tees to hoodies, all ready for the upcoming show season. Stop wearing that faded track day shirt from 2014 and upgrade your threads today.

Love the bold colours. Totally put off by the unnecessary specification tables, which completely contradict the "less-is-more approach" quoted.

What is going on with the data for the Land Rover? Did no one check them?

Power (hp): 225Nm
Torque (lb ft): 68Kw

Wrong units and transposed the two data items. Oops

Maybe this initial run will be more collectible?

Really hate the current thing of putting "x" for collaborations.

There was an article about PH clothing a couple of years ago and I pointed out that the three litre 911 Turbo was a four speed, not a five speed. I guess the one on the linked website must be a restomod.

As a Land Rover nerd that's just the start of the issues.

Plus it should be kW not Kw if they do want to use that unit for power.

Have you realised that journos don't 'write' t-shirts?

The whole thing is very cringey.

I assume x Jon Forde doesn't speak English.

But they could look at them before publishing the article?

Quality Control.

I’d expect that kind of thing by Sainsbury’s, not PH. Very poor.

"Selectable 4WD" is a Jeep thing... LR is permanent 4WD.

They’ve got the Camel Trophy logo right though? Right…?
And what’s with the sex toy under the back bumper? That’d pull, erm, well, not much. Farmers are laughing. And that’s before they see the prices.
2/10.

The two-for-£13 Hot Tuna tee shirts I’ve recently bought were at least factually correct.
