Noticed that BMW IX3 prices have dropped pretty rapidly since the start of the year...Can now pick up a 22 M Sport Pro with c50k miles for <£25k. Likely due to the release of the much superior new model.

Any guesses on where the floor might be? Already getting a lot of car for your money, but I change my cars quite frequently so don't want to be stuck with one or take a massive short term hit, so still considering petrol instead...

I'm torn whether they will just continue rapid depreciation, or stabilise around the £20k mark.

They will keep dropping; it is just a mid-sized SUV at the end of the day, just like the new one coming out.

I'm not sure what new tech the new one has over the old one, except for a MASSIVE battery.

How long is a piece of string? If you change your cars frequently, you will have to accept unpredictable depreciation costs, unless it's some kind of exotic car that doesn't depreciate.
