Classic American Car Ulez Compliant Question/Problem

My V5C has a date of first registration as being in 1966, as well as a date of first registration in the UK (in 2016).

It also has within the 'Special notes' section on the first page: '1. Was registered and/or used. Declared manufactured 1966'.

It too has 'Historic Vehicle' as the taxation class.

I too am in the ULEZ zone and have no problem with it being exempt.

Maybe you would need to get DVLA to agree on the date of manufacture/first registration in the US.
