Just coming up to my 80th birthday ( must be close to being father of forum ?) and received a nice little missive from DWP .
My pension is to be increased by the wonderful total of 25p per week .
I need help and suggestions on how to spend this grand amount

it's a difficult question to answer. You may want to take professional advice rather than ask randoms on a forum.

Try looking at it another way, that's 13 quid a year so this time next year you'll be able to buy a gallon of diesel.
