Anyone else used these cowboys on ebay?

Sent my 340i calipers for a refrsh and got them back scratched, wonky stickers and one nipple on a cross thread. They dont seem to respind so raised for a refund with ebay.

Anyone actually had a good experiance, I would stay clear.
