Title says carbon fibre but then you ask about fibreglass? Which is it as the techniques will be different.

For fibreglass repairs you should easily find a business at you’re local boatyard.

I think that was Mac predictive text. I mean carbon fiber.

Visible weave or substructure? Much easier to effect a repair of the latter.
