Dear All,

I am after some advice please.....

I purchased a vehicle from a supposedly reputable dealer with a 12mth warranty. Some 4 months later the warranty is still yet to arrive. I have called the dealer and emailed them and they explained that the company they use had gone bust and that they were sourcing another. I am still to hear back from them and I am understandbly getting p*ss*d off. I am happy to accept a cash settlement so that I can get a 3rd party warranty and have offered the dealer this. What should be my next course of action ?

Any help greatly received.

I wouldn't worry too much, you should still have sufficient rights under the Sale of Goods Act (Yes it applies to 2nd Hand Cars as well)

In many ways it looks similar to MG/Rover Warranty Issues
