? is it possible to run a single phase car lift in a domestic property ......
is single phase 415v ....
how can this be wired up ?
Domestic properties are 230V single phase. Providing you have spare capacity, you will be able to. Are you sure it is a single phase lift? 415V refers to 3 phase (although nominal voltage is now 400V).is single phase 415v ....
how can this be wired up ?

That's 3 phase. It won't work unless you either apply for a 3 phase supply, get an inverter or replace the motor and control gear. There was a group buy in the TVR section last year for the 230v internbv 4 post lifts, £1750 or so now including delivery, I jumped in on the deal and got one for home use, it's far better than a used commercial job and there's no messing about with 3 phase to single converters
It's happily coped with a Bentley Arnage and currently has a Ferrari 400i sitting on it (whilst I make up my mind whether to restore or not)

Internbv is the manufacturer.
Link below, company run by a chap called Fred, you could try asking if he still gives a pistonheads discount, as I've said I'm happy with the one I've got and maybe getting a few more from him to increase storeage space at work
