Check this link - a third of the way down.

Needless to say a certain joke about 'points' sprang to mind! biggrin

Is someone at the O2 taking the piss, have they spotted an opportunity to fleece the egotists, or has THAT manufacturer spotted a publicity opportunity?!?

BMW gets a deal on the mobiles and contracts it needs and o2 give them something for nothing ? Scratching each others arses IMHO.

BMW spotting a gap in the market to appeal to it's customer to give them something special. They'll be in a deal with the arena for the extra £5 cash I should think.

Besides, who cares, just means all the BMW driving cocks will be in a traffic jam with their own kind rather than annoying everyone else! wink

BMW UK are a major sponsor of the O2, so I guess they negotiated this as part of the overall package.

I drive a BMW and I can assure you that I'd still be an ahole driving anything else.

That's funny. I'm surprised that they didn't stipulate a 'maximum vehicle age' too; don't want chavs in their N-plate M3-badged 318 coupes using it! hehe

It's all a ploy to get them all in one confined space, then we can nuke them from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

I'm sure when I was a kid they did this at a theme park, I remember them telling my uncle he had to park in the 'BMW section', anyone remember this? Must've been about 15 years ago....

It’s silly, the O2 never advertise the fact that you can park next to North Greenwich underground for £3 all day on Saturdays (£6 during the week), regardless of whether you drive a BMW or not.

Yes, logic suggests everyone that drives a BMW is a cock, but not all cocks drive BMWs. I don't drive one, and am fairly sure I'm one. Whether I'd be a bigger cock in a BMW is something that I'm unlikely to know, although 10 years ago the departmental pool car we had in our department was a 520 (with no radio FFS) which I once put a claim of £140 to travel to leicester and back in.

£20 because the oil was low
£5 because there was no water in the window wash
£10 because the coolant was low
£5 for brake fluid
£50 to fill it up with petrol before going
£50 to fill up afterwards

Strange but my boss decided I'd be better off renting a hire car to do 260 odd miles.
