It is in the UK.

Look at the side the driver is sat on and the street furniture.

I though it was on a duel carriageway with the Merc in lane 2/3. IYSWIM

Having watched all the clip I can make out the town it is in.

Thionville by the looks of it.

Which is the ahole of the country.

Its definately in France, but I reckon the car is a UK model. RHD, and a plate that looks decidedly british even through the shoddy quality.

He's not gonna get on the ferry with that.

Hit and run perhaps? That must make one hell of a noise in the cabin.

What a tt.

I wouldn't like to think of the consequences if a major front suspension component broke, or that wheel coming off the hub assembly, with potential to lift or veer the car off course. And if an emergency situation arose, another idiot doing something unforeseen, that ordinarily would be easily handled, in that he'd be screwed.

What would bib do if they saw a vehicle like that being driven? on either side of the channel.

I'd have his car off him and report him for dangerous driving if I saw him

Definitely France, but definitely a UK plate.

The mind boggles.
